The owners of this home requested a first floor office addition over the existing garage. The garage floor level was initially lowered to allow a 3.2m high motor home to pass under the office . An additional 2 car garage was built to the rear of the property. The new office featured a raked western red ceiling and polished concrete floor. The existing ensuite was also renovated.
